Kimaada (Kim) Brown is a highly accomplished expert with over years of experience in the financial services and academic sectors, utilizing data strategies to drive transformative change. She is dedicated to delivering services and customized coaching programs that generate lasting results for her professional and organizational clients. With over a decade of experience as a research and strategy leader in the institutional asset management space, Kim has also excelled as a program manager for the IT and operations teams at a $1 trillion company. Having served as both an equity and fixed income trader for Bank of America's Private Wealth Management, she successfully co-managed a $300 million portfolio. Kim holds a master's degree (PhD ABD) in Organizational Behavior and Statistics, an undergraduate degree in Economics from Columbia University, and a diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School. A proud Board Director for The Music Center of Los Angeles for several years, she currently resides in Washington, D.C., where she enjoys reading, traveling, practicing yoga, bird-watching, and mastering the art of burning things (well) in the kitchen.
